For the almond sponge cake

- 1/4 cup (50 g) margarine
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla flavoring

- Take 2 20 cm springform molds and cover the bottoms with oil paper. Pre-set the oven to 170 degrees.

- For the cherry cream, beat the butter and margarine in a large whisk until smooth. Slowly add half of the powdered sugar and continue beating. Add 4-5 tablespoons of cherry juice and mix. Then slowly add the rest of the powdered sugar, whisk well and set aside.
- For the vanilla cream, beat the butter and margarine in a large whisk until smooth. Slowly add half of the powdered sugar and continue beating. Add vanilla flavoring and 1 tablespoon of water or milk, continuing to whisk. Then slowly add the rest of the powdered sugar and mix well again. Add some more water or milk if needed.
- Create flat folds by cutting out the rising areas of the cake cupcakes. Place the first layer on a serving plate and spread about 1 cup of cherry cream on it. Press the cherries onto the cream and smooth them with a spatula. Put the second layer on top and cover the outside with the remaining cream. Create lines with the spatula. Decorate it with vanilla cream and place the cherries on it. Garnish with decorating candies. Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
